To whom it may concern,
My name is Nicholas Poma. I am the director of support and operations for ACD.net of Lansing, MI. Will Palmerton worked under me in the support department for 2 years.
Will has an excellent work ethic. He was always on time, despite having quite a long drive to get to work. He is very interested in learning new things, and was always continuing his education while working with us. When I needed something done, and asked Will to do it, I never had to worry if it would be done. He frequently multitasked, and was good at prioritizing when he had more than one thing going on at once.
I have no problem recommending Will as an employee to any organization. I believe his strengths would be best utilized in a project oriented environment. Since his departure from ACD.net he has kept in contact with me, and I know he has completed several certifications. He is a trustworthy and straight forward person, and was well liked within the company.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at poma.nick@acd.net. I would be happy to provide more specific information.
Sincerely,
Nick Poma ACD.net
To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Terry Grice and I am the manager of Support at ACD.net of Lansing MI. Will Palmerton worked with me for a little over a year at ACD.net
Will has a genuine interest in learning and has great communication skills. He was the person I turned to for documentation on any new procedure as he was very thorough and detailed in written documentation. He is a bright man that is always willing to lend a hand and pick up new tasks.
Will has continued his education since he has left ACD and I would gladly recommend him to any company. He is a good worker who can be trusted with vital tasks for the organization. Will was one of the few workers that we had that worked weekends and nights with little supervision as he is a motivated person.
If you have any questions please contact me at 517 507-7934 or grice.terry@acd.net. I will happily provide you with more information as needed.
Sincerely,
Terry Grice Support Manager ACD.net

To Whom It May Concern:
It is a privilege to have been asked to write a letter of recommendation for Mr. Will Palmerton.
I have known Will all his life, as I have worked for his parents since he was born. I am a large animal veterinarian, and I have visited their large dairy farm weekly for almost 30 years. It has been fun to watch Will grow up. I have always found him to be a very bright young man, who often challenged me with his questions and curiosity, not only about farm and animal issues, but also about literature, and life in general. Spending time with him is always a pleasure, because I feel I learn as much from him as I hope I am teaching him in return.
Will is an extremely hard worker. I have observed him doing a multitude of tasks, and he displays mechanical, electrical and problem-solving skills. He is extremely patient. I find him to be kind, fair, and humble. He treats his animals with great care and respect.
On first impression, you may feel Will is somewhat introverted, but it doesn’t take long, once you get to know him, to discover a bright mind and pleasing personality. In my opinion, Will would make a great employee in just about any business setting where technical knowledge needs to be delivered to clients or customers.
I would be happy to answer any further questions you might have about Will Palmerton. Please feel free to contact me 517 223-3267.
Sincerely,
Arthur D. Currey, DVM
